1. Definitions

MSB Healthcare Healthcare (“MSB Healthcare”, “we”, “us”) supplies medical products for Natural Family Planning (“NFP”) and contraception, including the MSB Healthcare device (“Main Product”) and related software and services (“Products”). Customer refers to a consumer purchasing for personal use. Retailer refers to a business purchasing for commercial purposes.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales via our online store to UK customers. Any differing terms from the customer are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing. Business-to-business sales are subject to separate agreements.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Customers select Products online and submit orders by accepting these Terms. A contract is formed when MSB Healthcare confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

4. Products and Services

Customers may purchase Products outright. Purchase Price: £ as listed on website is in GBP amount (VAT included).

5. Delivery

Delivery times are as stated at checkout, typically within 5 working days after payment. Delivery is restricted to UK addresses. If Products are unavailable, customers will be notified and refunded.

6. Prices and Shipping

All prices include VAT. Standard UK shipping is added at delivery option stage during checkout; additional charges may apply for other delivery options. Customers bear the cost of returns.

7. Use of Products

Products must be used as instructed and only for their intended purpose. Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Payment

Payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

10. Title and Risk

Title to purchase goods passes upon full payment.

11. Customer Obligations

Customers must use and care for Products as instructed. Damage or loss due to customer negligence may incur charges.

12. MSB Healthcare ’s Liability

MSB Healthcare is liable for defects as per UK consumer law. MSB Healthcare is not liable for misuse, third-party faults, or unauthorised orders.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
