Refund Policy

UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. To cancel, notify MSB Healthcare in writing (email or post) within the cancellation period. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods opened after delivery for health/hygiene reasons.

Faulty Goods Return Policy

 We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your item is faulty and still within its guarantee period, we’ll make it right:

• Free Replacement: We’ll send you a new item at no cost.

• No Hassle Returns: We’ll cover the shipping for both the replacement and the return of the faulty product.

• Guarantee Coverage: This applies only to items still within their stated guarantee period.
